Art. 7 OeffG · b) besondere Fälle

1. Vom Recht auf Informationszugang ausgenommen sind Informationen und Dokumente

a) über die inhaltliche Bearbeitung von hängigen Geschäften;

b) über nicht öffentliche Verhandlungen, insbesondere Sitzungsunterlagen und Aufzeichnungen;

c) soweit das Gemeinwesen am wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerb teilnimmt und nicht hoheitlich handelt.
