Art. 5 OeffG · Recht auf Informationszugang

1. Jede Person hat, ohne dass sie ein besonderes Interesse geltend machen muss, nach Massgabe dieses Erlasses ein Recht auf

a) Information über die Tätigkeit des öffentlichen Organs;

b) Zugang zu amtlichen Dokumenten.
