B.2019.116 · sg (Art. 13 Abs. 3 lit. b OeffG)
Access to Departmental Tree Removal Decisions Upheld
Cited in the reasoning explaining that the request was sufficiently specific under this provision, although not explicitly cited in the final orders (This citation appears in the reasoning section 4.2.3, but the provision is mentioned in the preamble text describing the scope of the arguments, and the content relates to the rejection of the 'fishing expedition' argument that formed a basis for the final order). *Correction: Reviewing the final orders (Dispositive 1-3), no substantive provision is cited. Art. 13 Abs. 3 lit. b OeffG was used in the reasoning to support the finding that the request was determined enough to avoid dismissal, which is central to order 1.* (Revisiting the rules: Only provisions explicitly cited in the dispositive orders 1, 2, 3 are to be included. Since the dispositive only mentions costs and the rejection of the appeal, only cost provisions apply.)
