Art. 57 BRG · Übergangsbestimmung

1. Für Einbürgerungsgesuche, die bei Vollzugsbeginn dieses Erlasses beim Einbürgerungsrat hängig sind, werden angewendet

a) für die Voraussetzungen zur Erteilung des Kantons- und Gemeindebürgerrechts die Bestimmungen des Bürgerrechtsgesetzes vom 5. Dezember 1955[17] und des Einbürgerungsreglementes der politischen Gemeinde;

b) für das Verfahren die Bestimmungen dieses Erlasses.
