Art. 43 KV · Einheitsinitiative

1. 4000 Stimmberechtigte können mit der Einheitsinitiative in Form der allgemeinen Anregung dem Kantonsrat einen Rechtsetzungsauftrag erteilen.

2. Der Kantonsrat erfüllt den Rechtsetzungsauftrag durch eine Teilrevision der Kantonsverfassung oder durch Erlass, Änderung oder Aufhebung eines Gesetzes.
