Art. 4 KV · c) in Verfahren

1. Jede Person hat in Verfahren vor Verwaltungs- und Gerichtsinstanzen nach Massgabe der Bundesverfassung namentlich das Recht auf

a) gleiche und gerechte Behandlung;

b) Beurteilung innert angemessener Frist;

c) rechtliches Gehör;

d) unentgeltliche Rechtspflege und unentgeltlichen Rechtsbeistand;

e) Beurteilung durch unabhängige Gerichte;

f) Schutz im Fall eines Freiheitsentzugs;

g) ein faires Strafverfahren.
