Art. 35 KV · Ausübung des Amtes

1. Die gewählte Person kann ihr Amt nur ausüben, wenn sie die Voraussetzungen der Stimmberechtigung erfüllt.

2. Das Gesetz kann Ausnahmen vom Wohnsitzerfordernis vorsehen.
