Art. 6 EG KVG · Strafen
1. Vorsätzliche und fahrlässige Widerhandlungen gegen Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes oder der Vollzugsverordnung sowie darauf abgestützte Verfügungen werden mit Busse bestraft. Strafbar macht sich insbesondere, wer
a. Auskunfts-, Mitwirkungs- und Meldepflichten verletzt;
b. Leistungen durch unwahre oder unrichtige Angaben erwirkt.
