1. Bis zur Eintragung der Spital Obwalden AG und der Spital Obwalden Immobilien AG im Handelsregister gelten die bisherigen Regelungen und Zuständigkeiten weiter.
2. Die Amtsdauer der Mitglieder des Spitalrats endet im Zeitpunkt des Eintrags der Spital Obwalden AG im Handelsregister.
