Art. 2 kantonale Umweltschutzverordnung, VV USG · Regierungsrat
1. Der Regierungsrat
a. überprüft die Wirkung der Massnahmen der Umweltschutzgesetzgebung des Bundes und dieser Verordnung und ordnet die notwendigen Massnahmen an (Art. 44 USG);
b. kann nach Anhörung der Gemeinden Normen und Richtlinien von Behörden und Fachinstanzen als verbindlich erklären.
2. Der Regierungsrat kann Vollzugsaufgaben dieser Verordnung durch Vereinbarung an Dritte übertragen.
