Art. 10 FHG · Zuständigkeiten und Verfahren

1. Der Regierungsrat und der Gemeinderat erstellen jährlich für die auf das Budget folgenden fünf Jahre eine rollende Aufgaben- und Finanzplanung. Der Regierungsrat erstellt sie in der Form einer Integrierten Aufgaben- und Finanzplanung.

2. Der Regierungsrat unterbreitet die rollende Integrierte Aufgaben- und Finanzplanung dem Kantonsrat zur Kenntnisnahme.

3. Der Gemeinderat unterbreitet die Finanzplanung jährlich der Gemeindeversammlung zur Kenntnisnahme.
