1. Das Bildungs- und Kulturdepartement
a. leitet den Kulturbereich des Kantons;
b. erarbeitet zuhanden des Regierungsrats das Kulturleitbild;
c. verabschiedet eine Kulturstrategie;
d. beschliesst innerhalb des Budgetkredits einmalige Beiträge an interkantonale oder kantonale Projekte und Kulturinstitutionen bis Fr. 50 000.- ;
e. arbeitet im Rahmen seiner Zuständigkeit mit andern Kantonen und Gremien zusammen.
