Art. 35 GebOR · Im Zivilprozess a. Erste Instanz

1. Im Zivilprozess vor erster oder einziger Instanz beträgt die ordentliche Anwaltsgebühr bei einem Streitwert von (Beträge in Fr.)

1. bis 30 000.- : 500.- bis 7 000.-

2. über 30 000.- bis 50 000.- : 1 000.- bis 9 000.-

3. über 50 000.- bis 100 000.- : 3 000.- bis 11 000.-

4. über 100 000.- bis 200 000.- : 5 000.- bis 13 500.-

5. über 200 000.- bis 500 000.- : 6 000.- bis 17 500.-

6. über 500 000.- : 10 000.- bis 3,5 % des Streitwerts

2. In Ehestreitigkeits- oder Vaterschaftsprozessen sowie in Prozessen betreffend Änderung von Ehescheidungs- und Ehetrennungsurteilen beträgt die Anwaltsgebühr Fr. 1 200.- bis Fr. 10 000.-. Werden güterrechtliche Ansprüche über Fr. 50 000.- geltend gemacht, so sind die höheren Ansätze von Absatz 1 anzuwenden.
