Art. 7 IVTH · Grundsätze
1. Das Interkantonale Organ erlässt auf Antrag eines Kantons oder des leitenden Ausschusses Richtlinien zur Harmonisierung des Vollzugs von Vorschriften über das Inverkehrbringen von Produkten, soweit der Bund diesen den Kantonen übertragen hat.
2. Diese Richtlinien sind für die Kantone verbindlich.
