1. Die von den Personalverleiherinnen und Personalverleihern zu leistende Kaution ist beim kantonalen Arbeitsamt zu hinterlegen.
2. Die Höhe der Kaution wird gemäss den Bestimmungen der eidgenössischen Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetzgebung bemessen.
