Art. 6 Volksschulgesetz, VSG · Schulgeld bei auswärtigem Schulbesuch

1. Wird der Unterricht nicht am Schulort gemäss Art. 11 besucht, kann von den Eltern oder der abgebenden Gemeinde ein Schulgeld erhoben werden. Allfällige Kosten für die Benützung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel werden von der abgebenden Gemeinde oder von den Eltern getragen.

2. Können die Beteiligten keine Einigung erzielen, legt die Direktion die Kostenpflicht und die Höhe des Schulgeldes fest.
