Art. 40 Volksschulgesetz, VSG · Arten

1. Die Gemeinden bieten integrative Förderung und Therapien an. Sie können Einschulungsklassen, Aufnahmeklassen für neuzugewanderte fremdsprachige Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Kleinklassen für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonders hohem Förderbedarf führen.

2. Integrative Förderung ist die gemeinsame Unterstützung der Schülerinnen und Schüler durch die Förder- und Regelklassen-Lehrpersonen.

3. Therapie ist die individuelle Unterstützung von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit bestimmten pädagogischen Bedürfnissen.
