Art. 27 Volksschulgesetz, VSG · Klassen 1. Grundsatz

1. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler werden einer Klasse zugeteilt.

2. Für jede Klasse ist eine Klassenlehrperson verantwortlich. Bei Pensenteilungen oder anderen besonderen Umständen kann diese Funktion von zwei Lehrpersonen gemeinsam wahrgenommen werden.

3. Der Unterricht findet grundsätzlich in den Klassen statt. Er kann teilweise in anderen, insbesondere auch in klassenübergreifenden Gruppen erteilt werden. Die Klassenbildung nach Leistungsanforderungen ist im Kindergarten und der Primarstufe nicht zulässig.
