1. Dieses Gesetz regelt die Führung und Organisation der Volksschule.
2. Die Volksschule umfasst die Kindergartenstufe, die Primarstufe, die Sekundarstufe I ohne Untergymnasium (Orientierungsschule) sowie die Sonderschulung.
