Art. 8 Vereinbarung über die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Informatik · 3. Beschaffungsrecht

1. Das Informatikleistungszentrum ist im Bereich der Informatik die Beschaffungsstelle gemäss der Submissionsgesetzgebung und für die beschaffungsrechtlichen Entscheide zuständig, soweit der Leistungsbezug über das Informatikleistungszentrum erfolgt.

2. Für Beschaffungen gilt im Weiteren die Submissionsgesetzgebung des Kantons, in dem das Informatikleistungszentrum seinen Sitz hat.
