Art. 7 Vereinbarung über die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Informatik · 2. Aufgaben

1. Das Informatikleistungszentrum ist insbesondere für die Beschaffung, die Implementierung und den Betrieb der Informatik-Systeme, die Durchführung von Informatikprojekten sowie die Beratung der Bezügerinnen und Bezüger sowie der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer zuständig.

2. Das Informatikleistungszentrum hat unter Einhaltung der beschaffungsrechtlichen Vorgaben das Recht, Dritte mit der Erbringung von Leistungen zu beauftragen.

3. In der separaten Vereinbarung betreffend das Informatikleistungszentrum können weitere Aufgaben verankert werden.
