1. Ausserhalb des Informatik-Grundbedarfs und der einheitlichen Fachanwendungen können die Bezügerinnen und Bezüger die Informatikmittel im Rahmen der technischen Vorgaben des Informatikleistungszentrums frei wählen.
2. Das Informatikleistungszentrum koordiniert die Beschaffung.
