Art. 12 Vereinbarung über die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Informatik · Einheitliche Fachanwendungen 1. Anwendungsbereiche
1. In der Informatikstrategie werden diejenigen Anwendungsbereiche festgelegt, bei denen nur einheitliche Fachanwendungen zur Verfügung stehen.
2. In diesen Anwendungsbereichen müssen Bezügerinnen und Bezüger die einheitliche Fachanwendung nutzen, wenn
1. dies im Rahmen eines verbindlichen Projekts gemäss Art. 22 beschlossen wird; oder
2. sie Fachanwendungen freiwillig einsetzen wollen.
3. Fachanwendungen der Verwaltungen der Rechtspflege sind nicht Gegenstand der Informatikstrategie.
