Art. 10 Vereinbarung über die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Informatik · Bezug der Informatik-Dienstleistungen
1. Informatik-Dienstleistungen müssen unter Vorbehalt von Abs. 2 und 3 über das Informatikleistungszentrum bezogen werden.
2. In der Informatikstrategie werden Informatikbereiche festgelegt, in denen die Bezügerinnen und Bezüger die technische Basisinfrastruktur eigenständig beschaffen können. Bei der Beschaffung gelten die Vorgaben gemäss Art. 11 Abs. 3.
3. Weitere Ausnahmen von der Bezugspflicht sind zulässig, wenn sachliche Gründe dies rechtfertigen und beide Regierungsräte zustimmen.
