Art. 2 Landratsgesetz, LRG · Amtsantritt
1. Die verfassungsmässige Amtsdauer des Landrates beginnt am 1. Juli nach der Gesamterneuerungswahl.
2. Das Landratsbüro und die Kommissionen des abtretenden Landrates sowie die vom abtretenden Landrat gewählten Behörden bleiben bis zur konstituierenden Sitzung des neu gewählten Landrates im Amt.
