Art. 13 Landratsgesetz, LRG · Öffentlichkeit der Beratungsunterlagen
1. Die Akten des Landrates können mit Ausnahme der Vorlagen, die unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit behandelt werden, beim Landratssekretariat bezogen werden; der Bezug ist gebührenpflichtig.
2. Unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit behandelte Geschäfte sind in dem für Dritte zugänglichen Landratsprotokoll nicht enthalten.
