1. Zusammensetzung, Wahl und Amtsdauer des Landrates richten sich nach der Kantonsverfassung, dem Wahl- und Abstimmungsgesetz, dem Behördengesetz und der Gesetzgebung über die Verhältniswahl des Landrates.
