1 Le contrat de prestations règle les relations entre l'Etat et l'EMS, dans le respect de la politique définie par le Conseil d'Etat en matière de prise en charge des personnes nécessitant un hébergement en EMS.

2. Il définit notamment les missions de l'EMS, les prestations à fournir et leur mode de financement.
