[108] 1 Un plan d'alignement est nécessaire pour la construction d'une nouvelle voie de communication, ainsi que pour l'agrandissement et le déplacement d'une voie existante, au-delà des alignements.
2. Si les travaux de construction ou de correction d'une route s'exécutent à l'intérieur d'alignements existants, la procédure du permis de construire suffit.
