[52] 1 Lorsque la décision administrative est prise dans le cours ordinaire de l'exécution des peines et mesures, elle est rendue sans frais à la charge de la personne condamnée.
2. Dans tous les autres cas, les frais sont mis à la charge de la personne condamnée.
3. La gratuité de l’alinéa 1 ne s’applique pas aux procédures de recours.
