Art. 6 Code pénal neuchâtelois (CPN), du 20 novembre 1940 · Contravention

[4] 1 L'amende ne peut être inférieure à 20 francs ni supérieure à 10.000 francs.

2. Dans les cas expressément prévus par la loi, elle peut atteindre toutefois 40.000 francs.

3. En cas de récidive ou en cas de concours d'infractions, le juge peut doubler le montant de l'amende fixée par la loi sans toutefois dépasser 40.000 francs.
