1 A l'issue du stage, le candidat se présente devant la Commission d'examen du notariat.
2. L'examen porte sur les connaissances juridiques nécessaires et les aptitudes professionnelles du candidat.
3. Le Conseil d'Etat arrête le programme et l'organisation générale de l'examen sur proposition de la Commission d'examen. Il peut limiter l'accès à l'examen en cas d'échecs répétés.
