1 Si la dénonciation n'apparaît pas d'emblée mal fondée, l'autorité de surveillance informe l'avocat-e des reproches qui lui sont faits et l'invite à se prononcer; s'il y a lieu, elle procède à une enquête.
2. La décision est rendue par écrit et notifiée à l'avocat-e.
3. L'auteur-e de la dénonciation n'a pas qualité de partie, mais est avisé-e de la suite qui lui a été donnée.
