Art. 22 Loi sur l'assistance judiciaire (LAJ), du 28 mai 2019 · Tarif horaire
[18] 1 L’indemnité due est calculée selon le tarif horaire suivant, TVA non comprise
a) avocat-e : 180 francs ;
b) mandataire professionnellement qualifié-e et médiatrice ou médiateur : 140 francs ;
c) avocat-e stagiaire : 110 francs.
2. Seules les heures nécessaires sont retenues. Elles sont appréciées en fonction des critères mentionnés à l’article 19, alinéa 2.
3. Pour les médiatrices et les médiateurs, le nombre d’heures retenu ne peut en principe pas dépasser celui autorisé par l’autorité compétente selon l’article 20a, alinéa 3.
