Art. 107 Constitution de la République et Canton de Neuchâtel (Cst. NE), du 24 septembre 2000 · Entrée en vigueur

1 La présente Constitution est soumise au vote du peuple.

2. Le Grand Conseil fixe la date de son entrée en vigueur.

Constitution adoptée par le Grand Conseil le 25 avril 2000 et par le peuple les 23 et 24 septembre 2000; garantie fédérale accordée les 17 et 20 septembre 2001.

Selon décret du Grand Conseil, du 19 juin 2001 (FO 2001 No 47), l'entrée en vigueur est fixée au 1 er janvier 2002.

Disposition transitoire à la modification du 26 janvier 2010 [30]

L'élection de la députation du canton au Conseil des Etats suisse selon le système de la représentation proportionnelle a lieu en même temps que la prochaine élection au Conseil national suisse.

Dispositions transitoires à la modification du 3 décembre 2015 [31]

1. Afin d'entreprendre sans délai la réalisation d'une liaison ferroviaire directe entre Neuchâtel et La Chaux-de-Fonds dans le cadre global du projet de RER neuchâtelois, en cas de décision favorable de la Confédération sur la prise en charge financière de cette infrastructure, l'Etat de Neuchâtel ou une société de financement mandatée par ses soins est autorisé à contracter un emprunt et à en assumer la charge d'intérêts passifs.

2. La loi définit les modalités de financement et les échéances s'y rapportant.

3. Les présentes dispositions transitoires sont applicables jusqu'à l'achèvement du paiement des intérêts passifs liés à la réalisation de la ligne directe.

4. Le Grand Conseil constate l'avènement de ce moment par décret, dont la promulgation entraîne l'abrogation de la présente disposition transitoire.

Disposition transitoire à la modification du 27 mars 2017 [32]

Les modifications du 27 mars 2017 s'appliquent pour la première fois à l'élection générale du Grand Conseil de 2021.
