1 Les communes sur le territoire desquelles des améliorations foncières collectives sont entreprises par un syndicat sont tenues d'allouer à celui-ci une subvention d'au moins 7,5 %.
2 Lorsque les travaux touchent plusieurs communes, la subvention communale se répartit proportionnellement à l'importance des travaux réalisés sur le territoire de chacune d'elles.
