Art. 11 Loi sur les améliorations structurelles

1 Le Département de l'Economie refuse d'entrée de cause de subventionner les projets qui sont incompatibles avec les buts visés par la législation fédérale et cantonale en matière d'améliorations structurelles.

2 Tout ouvrage commencé sans l'autorisation écrite de mise en chantier, délivrée par le Service de l'économie rurale, est exclu du droit à la subvention.
