Le droit aux prestations cesse
a) lorsque s'éteint le droit à la contribution d’entretien;
b) lorsque le créancier sort des limites de revenu et de fortune;
c) dès la fin de la formation de l’enfant pour autant qu’elle soit achevée dans des délais normaux, mais au maximum dès que l'enfant atteint l'âge de 25 ans révolus;
d) après le versement de douze mensualités si le conjoint n’a pas la garde des enfants;
e) après le versement de douze mensualités si le créancier a droit à une contribution pécuniaire fondée sur la loi sur le partenariat enregistré entre personnes du même sexe (LPart);
f) lorsque le créancier prend domicile hors du canton.
