Art. 18 Loi sur l’aide au recouvrement, l’avance et le versement provisionnel de contributions d’entretien (LARPA)
1 Le montant des avances correspond à celui de la créance fixée judiciairement ou par convention dûment ratifiée, mais ne peut dépasser les limites fixées par le Gouvernement.
2 Le montant des versements provisionnels est fixé compte tenu de toutes les circonstances, dans la limite prévue à l’alinéa précédent.
3 Le Gouvernement peut s'inspirer de la législation relative aux prestations complémentaires à l'assurance-vieillesse, survivants et invalidité.
