Art. 13 Loi sur l’aide au recouvrement, l’avance et le versement provisionnel de contributions d’entretien (LARPA)

1 Le Service de l’action sociale collabore directement avec les institutions similaires des autres cantons et, dans le cadre des conventions internationales, avec celles des pays étrangers.

2 Sur leur requête, et sous réserve de réciprocité, il entreprend toute démarche en vue de recouvrer les créances alimentaires auprès d’un débiteur domicilié dans le Canton.

3 Le Service de l’action sociale ne peut entreprendre aucune démarche (action judiciaire, poursuite) s’il n’est en possession d’un mandat adéquat signé par le créancier.
