Art. 8 Loi portant introduction à la loi fédérale sur les allocations familiales (LiLAFam)
1 Les caisses de compensation pour allocations familiales procèdent à l’affiliation de tous les assujettis affiliés à la caisse de compensation AVS dont elles dépendent pour leur gestion.
2 Elles peuvent affilier les assujettis dont la caisse de compensation AVS ne gère pas de caisse de compensation pour allocations familiales.
3 Elles communiquent à la Caisse d’allocations familiales du canton du Jura un état de leurs affiliés et toute modification survenue dans celui-ci.
4 Elles tiennent une comptabilité propre à l’exécution de la présente loi conformément aux prescriptions comptables de la législation fédérale relative à l’AVS.
5 Elles présentent à l’Office cantonal des assurances sociales, dans les délais impartis, un rapport sur leur activité et sur le bouclement de leurs comptes, leurs rapports de révision, ainsi que d’autres renseignements, requis par ce dernier.
