Art. 21 Ordonnance sur les prestations complémentaires à l'assurance-vieillesse, survivants et invalidité
1 Les frais d'aide, de soins et de tâches d'assistance afférents à des personnes fréquentant un home de jour, un atelier d'occupation ou une structure de jour analogues sont remboursés, après déduction d'un montant approprié pour les frais d'entretien selon l'article 11, alinéa 2, RAVS.
2 Les frais pris en compte se fondent sur l'article 3 de la présente ordonnance. Cette disposition est applicable par analogie aux séjours dans une structure de jour.
3 Aucun frais n'est remboursé en cas de séjour dans un home avec calcul de la prestation complémentaire au sens de l'article 10, alinéa 2, LPC.
