1 L'agence communale AVS se fait ouvrir un compte de chèques postaux propre, qui ne doit servir aux opérations de fonds d'aucune des autres branches de l'administration communale. Toutes les opérations de fonds de l'agence communale AVS se font par l'intermédiaire de ce compte de chèques.
2 L'agence communale AVS tient un contrôle de ses opérations par le compte de chèques et en adresse de façon continue les pièces justificatives à la Caisse cantonale de compensation aux fins de comptabilisation.
3 Les comptes de chèques postaux des agences communales AVS constituent une partie intégrante de la comptabilité de la Caisse cantonale de compensation.
4 Le titulaire du compte de chèques postaux délivre à la Caisse cantonale de compensation et aux organes légaux de contrôle la procuration leur permettant d'obtenir de l'office des chèques postaux des avis de situation, ainsi que des extraits de compte.
