1 Sous réserve que la législation n'en dispose pas autrement, la procédure de permis de construire est applicable par analogie au traitement des demandes d'autorisation de police des eaux. Les demandes d'autorisation ne sont pas déposées publiquement; les autorisations octroyées sont communiquées aux personnes touchées par le projet ainsi qu'aux organisations habilitées à recourir.
2 Lorsque la demande d'autorisation est liée à un projet nécessitant un permis de construire, elle est traitée comme une autorisation spéciale au sens du décret du 11 décembre 1992 concernant le permis de construire (DPC).
