Art. 23 Loi sur les établissements hospitaliers

1 Les établissements hospitaliers, ainsi que les personnes physiques ou morales qu’ils emploient, ont l’obligation de renseigner les autorités dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches, sous réserve des dispositions relatives à la protection des données.

2 Les établissements hospitaliers ont l’obligation de collaborer avec les autorités, notamment en accordant aux organes de surveillance et aux mandataires du Département le libre accès à leurs locaux et à leurs documents pour leur permettre d'exercer leurs tâches.
