Art. 10 Loi sur les établissements hospitaliers

1 Le Département de la Santé et des Affaires sociales (ci-après :"le Département") dresse, par voie d'arrêté, la liste des établissements hospitaliers répertoriés.

2 La liste mentionne les prestations reconnues; elle est exprimée de manière positive ou négative.
