Art. 11 Loi sur la circulation routière et la taxation des véhicules routiers et des bateaux
1 Le Parlement détermine, par voie de décret, les modes de
calcul et les tarifs, les cas d’exemption, l’échelonnement ainsi que la
perception des taxes.
2 Il peut prévoir des reductions en fonction de la catégorie et de la
motorisation du véhicule.
3 Il peut prévoir des cas dans lesquels un véhicule peut, sur demande, être
exonéré totalement ou partiellement de la taxe.
4 Il peut prévoir des cas dans lesquels la taxe peut faire l’objet d’une
remise.
