Le produit de la taxe est affecté exclusivement
a) à la construction, à l'entretien et à l'exploitation des routes cantonales
et des routes nationales qui traversent le territoire jurassien;
b) aux subventions pour la construction des routes communales dans la
mesure prévue par la législation sur la construction et l'entretien des
routes.
