Art. 7 Loi portant introduction à la loi fédérale sur l'aide aux victimes d'infractions (LiLAVI)
1 Il incombe aux centres de consultation
a) de donner des informations et des conseils sur l'aide aux victimes;
b) de fournir ou de procurer l'aide immédiate aux victimes;
c) d'offrir aux victimes, en cas de besoin, l'aide à plus long terme.
2 Les centres de consultation sont tenus de fournir l'aide immédiate indispensable en tout temps.
3 Les centres de consultation doivent offrir eux-mêmes l'aide sociale et matérielle aux victimes; ils peuvent faire appel à des tiers pour l'aide médicale, psychologique et juridique (art. 8).
4 Le Gouvernement peut préciser, par voie d'ordonnance, la nature et l'étendue des prestations à fournir par les centres de consultation.
