Art. 41 KRVO · Vorläufige Beurteilung
1. Die kommunale Baubehörde kann vor der Einreichung eines Baugesuchs um eine vorläufige Beurteilung wesentlicher Punkte des Bauvorhabens ersucht werden.
2. Bei Bauvorhaben ausserhalb der Bauzonen kann die Fachstelle über die Gemeinde um eine vorläufige Beurteilung ersucht werden.
3. Die vorläufige Beurteilung gibt weder den Gesuchstellenden Anspruch auf Erteilung der Baubewilligung noch bindet sie die entscheidende Behörde bei der Beurteilung des ordentlichen Baugesuchs und allfälliger Einsprachen.
